ZoSxo Account Terms of Use

1. About Zosxo
1.1. ZoSxo® is a trade name of Zosxo.llc, a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida of the United States of America under regulations on electronic money and for the issuance of electronic money.
2. Scope of these Terms of Use
2.1. These Terms of Use govern the opening, use and closure of your Zosxo Account and other related payment services referred to in this document. Together with other terms and conditions referenced in these Terms of Use, they constitute an agreement between you and us. If you want to use additional services, you may be required to agree to other additional terms, as you will be notified when you order or use those services. We recommend that you print or download a copy of these Terms of Use and keep it for future reference. You can always consult the updated Conditions of Use on our Website.
2.2. Depending on the type of Zosxo Account you have, other additional terms and conditions may apply, as communicated to you at the appropriate time. In the event of a discrepancy between the additional terms and these Terms of Use, the former shall prevail.
3. Your Zosxo account
3.1. Your Zosxo account is an electronic money account that allows you to send and receive electronic payments.
3.2. Your Zosxo Account is denominated in the currency you have chosen from among those available that Zosxo makes available to you in a relevant way. This will remain the currency of your Zosxo account for the duration of your contract with us.
3.3. Subject to section 7, the electronic money in your Zosxo account does not have an expiration date, but will not accrue interest.
3.4. You have the right to withdraw funds from your Zosxo account at any time. However, you may be required to confirm your identity in advance. There is no minimum withdrawal amount, but the funds in your Zosxo account must be sufficient to cover the applicable withdrawal fees. You will be able to choose the withdrawal method when you submit your withdrawal request.
3.5. E-money accounts are not bank accounts. By accepting these Terms of Use, once you register as a customer, you acknowledge that the Financial Services Compensation Program (FSCS) of the United States of America does not apply to your Zosxo Account. In the unlikely event that we become insolvent, you could lose the electronic money in your Zosxo account. However, the US Directive on Electronic Money and the national legislation of the State of Florida apply to us and whose objective is to ensure the liquidity of the funds deposited in electronic money accounts.
3.6. The electronic money in a Zosxo Account belongs to the natural or legal person who is registered as the owner of the Zosxo Account. No other person other than the owner of the Zosxo Account has any rights in relation to the funds in a Zosxo Account, except in cases of succession. You may not assign or transfer your Zosxo Account to any third party, nor grant any legal or equitable interest to a third party in this regard.
3.7. Your Zosxo account may be subject to upload, payment, and withdrawal limits, depending on your country of residence, the verification status of your Zosxo account, and other factors that we use to determine these limits from time to time in our sole discretion.
4. Opening your Zosxo Account
4.1. In order to use our payment services, you must first open a Zosxo Account, registering your data on our Website. As part of the registration process, you must accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice, and you must have the legal capacity to accept them. If you request additional services, you may be asked to agree to additional terms and conditions.
4.2. If you are an individual, you must be 18 years of age or older to use our services and, by opening a Zosxo Account, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older. This does not apply to products for which a different age limit is set. We may ask you at any time to provide us with proof of your age.
4.3. You can open only one Zosxo Account, unless we explicitly approve the opening of additional accounts.
4.4. You can open a Zosxo Account only if it is legal in your country of residence. By opening a Zosxo Account, you represent and warrant to us that opening a Zosxo Account by you does not violate any laws or regulations that apply to you. You must pay us the amount of any losses we incur in connection with your failure to comply with this section.
4.5. All information that you provide to us during the registration process, or at any time thereafter, must be accurate and true. If you do not provide us with such information or cooperate as requested by us within six (6) months of opening your Zosxo Account or within any other deadline that we may notify you at any time thereafter, it is possible that We charge you an administration fee as shown in the "Fees" section of the Website.
4.6. You will only be able to add Payment Methods to your Zosxo account if you are the account holder for that Payment Method. We will consider any violation of this requirement very serious and we will consider as fraud any attempt to add a Payment Method that you do not own.
4.7. During registration, you will be asked if you are going to use your Zosxo Account for private or commercial purposes. If your intention is to use your Zosxo Account for commercial purposes, you must indicate this, even if you also use it for personal purposes. If you indicate that you are going to use your Zosxo Account for private purposes only, you must notify us immediately via Customer Service at any time in the future before using it for commercial purposes. The Zosxo Account is used for commercial purposes if you receive payments for or in connection with any commercial activity. We do not reserve the right to reasonably determine whether you are using your Zosxo Account for commercial purposes. If you use your Zosxo Account for commercial purposes, in addition to these Terms of Use, you will be governed by our Terms for Merchants. If you have any questions about whether or not an activity constitutes a commercial activity, you should contact Customer Service.
4.8. Within a period of 14 days from the date of opening your Zosxo Account, you can close your account free of charge by contacting Customer Service. However, if you have loaded funds to your Zosxo Account, you may be asked to provide identification documents before you can withdraw funds. Transactions and transaction fees made before closing your Zosxo Account (including non-revocable and initiated, but not completed, transactions prior to the closing of the Zosxo Account) will not be refunded.
5. Maintenance of your Zosxo Account
5.1. You must ensure that the information registered in your Zosxo Account is always correct and up-to-date; We will not be responsible for any loss incurred in case you do not. We may ask you at any time to confirm that the information is correct or to provide us with documents or other proof.
5.2. We may contact you by email or otherwise, as indicated in section 18, with information or notifications about your Zosxo Account. It is your responsibility to periodically check that your email account or other communication methods registered in your Zosxo Account are working properly, as well as to promptly read messages related to your Zosxo Account. We will not be liable for any loss incurred in the event that you do not.
5.3. Fund loads, payments received, payments sent, and fund withdrawals are shown in your online transaction history along with the date of receipt or transmission (the debit value date), the fees charged, and when would have, any type of change employed. Each transaction is assigned a transaction ID and is displayed in the transaction history. No alter We will modify or modify the information shown in your online transaction history. 5.4. We will send you an email notification to the email address used when registering for your Zosxo Account (as you update relevant) every month reminding you to log into your Zosxo Account and download and / or print a copy of your transaction history.
5.5. Subject to the provisions of section 8 below, and without prejudice to the provisions of section 9.5 (A), if you wish to request a refund for an unauthorized or incorrectly executed payment transaction on your Zosxo Account, You must send us a notification without undue delay as soon as you detect such problem and, in any case, within a period not exceeding thirteen (13) months after the transaction debit date.
6. Maintaining the security of your Zosxo Account
6.1. You must take all reasonable steps to keep your Zosxo account password and any other security features secure at all times and never reveal any of the above to anyone. Our staff will never ask you to provide your password or provide it to a third party. You must inform us of any message you receive or web page you visit that asks for your password or other security features, and that is not the Zosxo web page or a Zosxo payment portal from a merchant web page. If you are in doubt as to whether or not a web page is authentic, please contact customer support. It is recommended to change the password periodically (at least every three (3) to six (6) months) in order to reduce the risk of breaching your Zosxo account. We also advise you not to choose a password that is easy to guess from information someone else may know or collect, or a password that means something. Except as stipulated in section 9.A, you must never allow anyone access to your Zosxo account or allow yourself to be seen when accessing your Zosxo account. You must comply with the security procedures that we indicate to you in a timely manner.
6.2. If you have any indication or suspicion of loss, theft, misappropriation, unauthorized use or any other act that could compromise your Zosxo Account, login details, password or other security feature, we advise you to change your password. Contact Customer Service without delay when you become aware of any loss, theft, misappropriation or unauthorized use of your Zosxo Account, login details, password or other security feature. Any undue delay in notifying us will not only affect the security of your Zosxo Account, but may also give rise to your liability for losses that may arise as a result, either intentionally or recklessly. If you suspect that someone has accessed your Zosxo Account, you should also contact the police and report the incident.
6.3. We may suspend your Zosxo Account or restrict its functionality for justified reasons related to the security of the Zosxo Account or any of its security functions, or if we have reasonable suspicions that there has been fraudulent or unauthorized use of your Account. Zosxo or that any of its security functions was compromised. We will notify you of any suspension or restriction and the reasons in advance or, if we are unable to do so, immediately after we have imposed such suspension or restriction, unless sending such notice is illegal or compromises our interests of reasonable security. We will cancel the suspension and / or restriction as soon as it is feasible, once the reasons that gave rise to it have disappeared.
6.4. If we believe that your Zosxo Account is at risk of fraud or a security threat, we will use the fastest and safest method of contacting you through the details you have provided to tell you what to do to help deal with that risk.
6.5. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that your email accounts are secure and that only you can access them, as your email address may be used to reset passwords or to communicate with you regarding the security of your Account. by Zosxo. In the event that the security of any of the email addresses registered in your Zosxo Account is affected, you should immediately contact Customer Service and your email service provider.
6.6. Regardless of whether you use a public, shared or your own computer to access your Zosxo Account, you should always ensure that your login details are not stored in the browser or registered in any other way. You should never use any function that allows the computer you use to save your login details or passwords.
6.7. Other products or services that you use may have additional security requirements, which you will need to become familiar with as notified.
7. Closing your Zosxo Account
7.1. You can close your Zosxo Account at any time by contacting Customer Service. Fees related to the ongoing management of dormant accounts will also continue to be charged after your Account is closed. This provision will remain in effect after the termination of the relationship between you and us.
7.2. If you have a balance in your Zosxo Account at the time of closing, we will ask you to withdraw the funds within a period reasonable, during which you will only be able to access your Zosxo Account to withdraw the remaining balance. After this time has elapsed, you will not be able to access your Zosxo Account, but you will be able to withdraw the remaining funds by contacting Customer Service and requesting that these funds be sent to you in a way that is reasonably acceptable to us. If you want to access your transaction history after closing your Zosxo Account, you will have to contact Customer Service and request the information. You will be able to do this for a period of six years from the closing date of your Zosxo Account, but we advise you to withdraw the funds as soon as possible, as they will not provide you any interest while they are deposited in your Zosxo Account. Your obligations regarding keeping your Zosxo Account secure, as set out in section 6, will continue to apply.
7.3. We reserve the right to carry out all necessary checks on money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or other illegal activities before authorizing the withdrawal of your funds, including in relation to the return of funds after you have closed your Account. by Zosxo.
8. Loading funds
8.1. To load funds, you can visit the Website, log into your Zosxo Account and follow the corresponding loading instructions. You may be presented with different charging methods, depending on the Payment Methods you have added to your Zosxo Account and the Payment Methods that are available in your country of residence. Loading methods are payment services provided by independent financial institutions (for example, the issuer of the payment card you use to load funds or direct banking service providers) and are not part of our service. We do not guarantee the use of any particular charging method offered, and we may modify or discontinue acceptance of any particular charging method at any time without following the procedure set out in section 17. Notwithstanding section 8.7 below, we will not responsible for paying charges until we have received the funds uploaded.
8.2. You may be asked to answer security questions or perform other activities that we or the payment service provider you use to load funds to your Zosxo Account may reasonably require to ensure proper authorization of a load transaction.
8.3. If you choose a charging method using a Payment Method that may be subject to rights to claim funds (a "Cancellation") such as (among others) a credit or debit card, or direct debit, you declare that you will not exercise said right Cancellation except in the event of unauthorized use of the payment method, or for a breach of these Terms of Use on our part, which would result in you being entitled to a refund of the amount charged. Except in that case, you may not make any Cancellation for any cargo transaction or allow the Cancellation of any cargo transaction for reasons for which we are not responsible, including, but not limited to, disputes with merchants due to non-delivery of products or services. , or an insufficient balance in the Payment Method account. We reserve the right to charge you the fees and expenses we incur in connection with such Cancellation, as well as any action taken to challenge it. 8.4. You can authorize a merchant that you wish to pay through our service periodically (for example, for a subscription service) to make a charge for each of the recurring payments to your Zosxo Account. In this case, you authorize us to charge the Payment Method (for example, your credit card or bank account) that you used to make the original payment on each subsequent payment. In order to cancel future recurring payments, you must (a) contact us and (b) notify the merchant from whom you purchased the products or services that you have canceled the recurring payment. You should not cancel or otherwise reverse such recurring transactions by contacting the issuer / account provider of the Payment Method (for example, your bank or credit card provider) without following the cancellation steps mentioned in this section 8.4. Subject to section 8.5, we will not be responsible for recurring payments that are made before you have notified us of the cancellation, and if your Zosxo Account balance is negative as a result of such payments, you will be responsible for returning said amount.
8.5. We will refund any previous recurring payments initiated by or through the merchant, provided that (a) the original authorization granted to us or the merchant did not specify the exact amount of the payment and (b) the amount of the payment was greater than what you you would have reasonably expected, considering your past spending patterns and the circumstances of the case. You must request such a refund within eight weeks from the date the funds are debited from your Zosxo Account. You agree to provide us with the information that is reasonably necessary to determine if the conditions for a refund described in this section 8.5 are met. Within (10) Business Days after receiving a refund request or, if applicable, receiving any additional information that we request, we will either refund the full amount of the payment or provide you with a justification for rejecting the refund, indicating that You have the right to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (details are in section 21) if you do not accept the justification we have provided.
8.6. If, due to a cancellation or revocation of a load transaction, your Zosxo Account presents a negative balance, we will ask you We will arrange for you to remedy this situation by loading sufficient funds into your Zosxo Account. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use. The negative balance must be paid immediately without prior notice. We reserve the right, at any time, to send you reminders or take other steps to collect the debt, including, but not limited to, hiring a debt collection agency or attorneys to file a lawsuit in court. We reserve the right to charge you for reasonable expenses that we incur in connection with any debt collection or enforcement activity.
8.7. The funds uploaded will be credited to your Zosxo Account when we receive them. Some charge transactions, such as those made with credit or debit cards, direct debit or direct banking, will be credited to your Zosxo Account immediately, but are subject to revocation in the event that we do not receive the actual funds within a reasonable time, in which case we will deduct said transaction from the balance of your Zosxo Account. If your Zosxo Account balance is insufficient, we reserve the right to request payment from you.
8.8. To carry out an upload transaction via a Payment Method, we are an electronic money issuer and will issue electronic money in exchange for the funds loaded. We will not act as a payment service provider when we receive such funds.
8.9. You should not upload using a Payment Method if you are not the owner of that Payment Method. We will consider any violation of this requirement very serious and we will consider as fraud any attempt to use a Payment Method that you do not own.
8.10. Loads may be subject to load limits due to legal and safety requirements. These limits are dynamically set depending on your verification status and the upload method you want to use. You should be aware that depending on your verification status, your upload limits may be higher than your withdrawal or spending limits. You can consult these limits at any time in the corresponding section of your Zosxo Account profile.
8.11. Charges are subject to fees that include currency conversion fees (if any). See more information in section 13.
8.12. You should not charge using cash. Without prejudice to being able to claim other damages and losses, if we are forced to take any action on your Zosxo Account as a result of carrying out a cash charge on your part, we may charge you an administrative fee as indicated in the section " Commissions "of the Website.
9. Sending payments
9.1. To send a payment, you will need to authorize the payment with your username and password. We may also ask you other security questions regarding you or your Zosxo Account. If your Zosxo Account is protected with additional security measures, such as password tokens, you must follow the instructions that have been provided to you with those security measures. If your Zosxo Account is enabled to make mass payments, the procedure for making such payments will be communicated to you in the corresponding integration manual.
9.2. Each of the recipients of a payment that you wish to send through us must have a valid means of identification. For most of our services, that means of identification will be a valid email address, but other means of identification may be requested for other services.
9.3. If you are asked to provide the recipient's email address or other means of identification, as appropriate, you will need to take great care to type exactly the details of the person to whom you want to send the money. We use that data as the unique identifier to determine the indicated recipient of the payment that you have asked us to process. Other information that you provide together with the recipient's means of identification may be disregarded and we will not be responsible for any mistakes you make when entering the recipient's means of identification.
9.4. If the email address of the indicated recipient is registered in our system, the funds will be immediately credited to the Zosxo Account associated with said email address. Once the funds are credited to the recipient's Zosxo Account, the transaction will be irreversible.
9.5. If the recipient's email address is not registered in our system, we will send an email notification to that address with instructions for claiming and receiving payment. If the recipient does not claim payment within 14 days, the transaction will be canceled and you will receive a refund of the funds. You can also cancel the transaction when Any time, as long as the funds have not yet been credited to the recipient's Zosxo Account. To cancel a transaction, you have to log into your Zosxo Account, find the corresponding transaction in your transaction history and select "Cancel".
9.6. You can make recurring payments by setting up a recurring payment order in your Zosxo Account. You can cancel your recurring payment order for future payments at any time by logging into your Zosxo Account and deleting said order. You will not be able to cancel transactions that have already been credited to the recipient.
9.7. Payments are subject to payment limits due to legal and security requirements. These limits are dynamically set depending on your verification status. You can check these limits at any time in your Zosxo Account profile. You must ensure that your limits are sufficient to cover the payment you want to make, as well as all applicable fees, including currency conversion and service fees. You should be aware that the recipient of a payment may also be subject to spending and withdrawal limits, and that this may affect the recipient's access to the funds you wish to send them.
9.8. If we delay in executing a payment that you instruct us to make, you may ask us to contact the recipient's payment service provider and ask them to pay it as if it had been received on the correct day.
9.9. Sending payments is subject to commissions including currency conversion fees (if any), depending on the type of payment you make and the type of Zosxo Account you are the owner of. See more information in section 13.
9.A External providers
9.A.1. A Third Party Provider is a service provider that is permitted by law to make payments from your account on your behalf and provide account information services for you, provided they act in accordance with your instructions and relevant regulatory requirements. You can check if the provider is authorized in the information it gives you about the services it provides.
9.A.2. We will treat any instruction we receive from a Third Party Provider as if it were from you and the terms of this Agreement will continue to apply. If you consent to a Third Party Provider having access to information regarding your account, we will assume that you agree to grant access as often as the Third Party Provider requests.
9.A.3. If you give your security data to someone who is not an External Provider, we will assume that it is you who authorizes us to give access to your account, we will treat the payments requested by said third party as if they were authorized by you and we will not be responsible for any loss you suffer as a result of the misuse or disclosure of information about your account by that third party.
9.A.4. We may refuse permission to an External Provider to access your Zosxo Account if we are concerned about unauthorized or fraudulent access by that External Provider. Before we do this, we will notify you and explain the reasons for such action, unless it is not reasonably practical, in which case we will tell you immediately afterwards. In any case, we will keep you informed using any of the contact details we have for you. We will not tell you our reasons when doing so compromises our reasonable security measures or is illegal.
If you wish to cancel the consent that you have given to a Third Party Provider to access your account, you will need to contact that provider directly.
9.A.5. If you think a payment may have been made incorrectly or is not authorized, you should tell us as soon as possible when using a Third Party Provider. If you ask a Third Party Provider to request a payment and they do not do so, we will not be held liable for your payment not being made. Once a Third Party Provider has initiated a payment, you will not be able to cancel it normally.
10. Receipt of funds
10.1. If you receive funds in your Zosxo Account, we will send you a notification email and indicate the payment as a “Receive Money” transaction in your transaction history, along with the date of receipt (the credit value date ), the commissions charged and, when any, any exchange rate used. Each transaction is assigned a transaction ID and is displayed in the transaction history. We will not alter or modify the information displayed in your online transaction history. You should periodically check that your incoming payments match your personal records.
10.2. You should be aware that the receipt of funds in your Zosxo Account does not necessarily mean that such transactions cannot be reversed. We reserve the right to reverse any payment if the payer or the payer's bank or payment service provider has reversed or otherwise reversed a charge or other payment used to credit you the payment, or where it is likely that go do it.
10.3. If a person has received a payment notification from us stating that someone has sent funds to an email address that is not registered, the payment will not be credited until it has been claimed in accordance with the instructions in the message. notification. 10.4. The receipt of payments is subject to commissions and currency conversion fees, depending on the type of payment you receive and the type of Zosxo Account you are the owner of. See more information in section 13.
11. Prohibited transactions
11.1. Sending or receiving payments in consideration for the sale or supply of: tobacco products, prescription drugs, drugs or drug paraphernalia, weapons (including without limitation knives, firearms and ammunition), television set-top boxes, is strictly prohibited. satellite and cable, material that incites violence, hatred or racism, or that is considered obscene, government IDs and licenses, including replicas and joke articles, and any counterfeit products, illegal or unauthorized lottery or gaming services of chance (including but not limited to the use of or participation in illegal bookmakers), unregistered charity services, products that facilitate or encourage illegal activities, prepaid debit cards or other stored value cards that are not associated with a particular merchant and are not limited to purchases of specific products or services, bundling products or services third-party payment or processing, multi-level marketing, pyramid or ponzi-type sales programs, parent programs or other “get-rich-quick” programs or high-yield investment programs, products or services that infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties, uncoded / badly coded games; property or timeshare reservation payments (with or without plan). We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to add categories of prohibited transactions by adding such categories to these Terms of Use or an acceptable use policy posted on the Website.
11.2. Making payments or receiving payments from persons or entities offering illegal gambling services, including but not limited to illegal sports betting, casino games and poker games, is strictly prohibited. We may suspend or close your Zosxo Account at any time or refuse to execute or reverse a transaction if we believe that you are directly or indirectly using or have used your Zosxo Account for transactions related to illegal gambling. This list is not exhaustive and it is your responsibility to ensure that you do not use our services for transactions that could be considered illegal in your jurisdiction.
11.3. You will not be able to use our services if you reside in certain countries. A list of countries where service is not provided will be available on the website and is updated in a timely manner. This list is not exhaustive and we may decide, in our sole discretion, whether to discontinue or restrict our services in other countries at any time and without prior notice. We reserve the right to suspend or close your Zosxo Account at any time if we reasonably consider that the law requires it in order to comply with the recommendations issued by a relevant governmental authority or a recognized body for the prevention of financial crimes. .
11.4. It is strictly forbidden to use your Zosxo Account for any illegal purpose, including without limitation fraud and lmoney hoarder. We will investigate and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate law enforcement authority. We reserve the right to charge you, in our sole discretion, an administration fee as shown in the "Fees" section of the Website for each investigation we carry out regarding such suspicious activities, including when we receive notifications of them. by any third party with whom we have an association. It is prohibited to use your Zosxo Account to try to abuse, exploit or evade the restrictions of use imposed by a merchant or a Third Party Provider on the services it provides.
11.5. You may only accept payments for certain categories of businesses after receiving our approval, in our sole discretion. Said business categories include, but are not limited to: currency exchange or remittance businesses, including, but not limited to, exchange offices, currency exchange, and purchase of traveller's checks; obtaining any type of donation or payment to charitable or non-profit organizations; activities related to natural resources such as jewelery, precious metals or precious stones; live broadcast; the sale or supply of alcoholic beverages; the sale or supply of nutritional supplements and alternative health products; any other commercial category from time to time published in an acceptable use policy on the Website. In case you have questions about whether your business falls into any of the above categories, you should contact Customer Service. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to add business categories that require approval by adding such categories to these Terms of Use or an acceptable use policy posted on the Website.
11.6. If you make an attempt or make any transaction in violation of the prohibitions contained in this section 11 or without the necessary approval under section 11.5, we reserve the right to: reverse the transaction; and / or close or suspend your Zosxo Account; and / or report the transaction to the relevant competent authority; and / or claim damages from you; and charge you an administration fee as it appears in the "Fees" section of the Website in case we apply any of the options mentioned above.
11.7. It is your responsibility, not ours, to ensure that you only send or receive payments to / from individuals or entities for the sale or supply of products and services that you may provide or receive in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The mere fact that a person or entity accepts payments through us does not indicate the legality of the supply or provision of its products and services. If you have doubts about the legality of a supply or purchase, you should not proceed with the payment.
12. Withdrawal of funds
12.1. You can request the withdrawal of all or part of the funds that are in your Zosxo Account at any time. To do so, you must log into your Zosxo Account, select a withdrawal method and indicate the amount you wish to withdraw. Withdrawal methods are payment services provided, at least in part, by independent financial institutions (for example, the bank where you have a bank account). We do not guarantee the availability of any particular withdrawal method, and we may modify or discontinue any withdrawal method at any time without following the procedure set out in section 17, as long as there is at least one withdrawal method available. 12.2. Your Zosxo Account is subject to withdrawal limits. These limits are dynamically adjusted depending on the type of identification documentation we have on you. You can check your withdrawal limits at any time in your Zosxo Account profile. Before loading funds into your Zosxo Account, you should ensure that your current withdrawal and spending limits meet your withdrawal and spending needs, as we cannot by law allow you to exceed these limits.
12.3. If the requested withdrawal exceeds the current limit, we may deny your request and instead ask you to send us documents to verify your identity and address before allowing a withdrawal of funds, or to cooperate with us in another way so that we can verify your identity.
12.4. Withdrawals are subject to fees including currency conversion fees (sif there was). See more information in section 13.
12.5. For the purposes of a withdrawal transaction, we are a payer and not a payment service provider.

13. Commissions
13.1. The fees depend on whether you use your Zosxo Account for personal or business purposes.

Additional fees apply to Zosxo Accounts used for commercial purposes in accordance with the conditions mentioned in section 4.7. 13.3. Your transactions may be subject to currency conversions. If you make a payment from your Zosxo Account denominated in one currency to a Zosxo Account denominated in another currency, you will be prompted to make the payment in the currency of your Skrill Account or another currency. If you choose the currency of your Zosxo Account, the recipient will pay the commission for the conversion to the currency of your Zosxo Account. We apply for each currency conversion the average daily interbank market rate published by an external foreign currency data provider (Reuters) to which we add a currency exchange fee, which is shown in the "Fees" section of the Website. When we charge commissions in USD, we will not apply a commission for currency exchange, but we will convert the amount in USD to the currency of your Zosxo Account at the current exchange rate.

If the balance of your Zosxo Account is insufficient to cover the commissions, we may refuse to make the payment. Cancellation or revocation fees will be deducted when incurred.
13.7. If, due to the deduction of commissions, your Zosxo Account has a negative balance, we will ask you to solve this situation by loading sufficient funds in your Zosxo Account. 14. Your data

15. Liability

16.4. We may suspend or terminate your Zosxo Account at any time without prior notice if:

16.4.2. violates, or we have reason to believe that you have violated, any laws or regulations applicable to your use of our services;

16.5. We may suspend your Zosxo Account at any time in the following cases:
